Here’s what customers say about Culinary at Home........
"" I had a great time with Culinary at Home last Saturday night. Chef Lee gave me some great menu options to choose from, and he did all the grocery shopping ahead of time, and brought everything with him. Chef Lee came in to our home early, and got everything set up for four of us to have our own "stations" for food preparation. We learned several things from terminology to how to properly use a knife for mincing. We followed the recipes that Chef Lee provided, and he coached us and answered all of our questions throughout the preparation of the meal. The food turned out to be absolutely delicious! I learned so much, and now I want Chef Lee to come back and teach a knife skills class!

Dear Chef Lee:
What a great way to spend an afternoon. I enjoyed immensely being with the grandchildren and watching them, and from you, I learned sooooo much! I have been looking for your card all week and wouldn’t you know, it was under something that I didn’t even remember moving. Then, no address so an e-mail will have to do.
Each of the children seemed to enjoy what they did. With each of them having their stations, we really didn’t trip over anyone and that’s saying something. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Maggie eat so many condiments on her Pizza, as well as some of the others. Making your own is quite different than just going and buying one. The best part was the Pizza dough. It had just enough yeast to make it taste like a true yeast bread. We even enjoyed the left-overs. The sauce wasn’t shabby either. Now, I know what to do.
Again, we thank you for your patience and how much fun and un-stressful you made it. I’m looking forward to an afternoon with the girls, learning about my knives and how to best handle each one. The most unfavorite part of cooking for me is the chopping. Perhaps after I learn how at the age of 73, I may even like to chop.
Looking forward to seeing you again,
Sincerely,
